First Of all Log in to your page from desktop/computer or laptop
Then Click On profile Picture On Top right near share botton..
when You click their you will see your page name , picture and under that their will be Page setting Option
Now click their
Now here you can edit all your page settings
You need to scroll down to Third party tools
here click On setup Password
It will Take you to google acounts setup
here on uper right side their will be your pages user name and under that
their will be a Creat a new password
give your password and confrm it again
Now you page has a pasword and username
after that you can Creat your page username/email of you likings
for that u need to click on signup for gmail
sign up for gmail
and now you are ready to login from any mobile device
Now The page is as an google plus acount
